Biscuits, Cereals and Meringues

Once again, our special technology enables these 'dry' products to be used in 'wet' or 'dry' environments without ever becoming soggy. So you can add our biscuit, cereal or meringue products to yogurts, desserts and ice creams, safe in the knowledge that they will be as crisp after day 30 as they were after day one.

Shortcake, or digestives are our staple range, but we can produce any other variety on request.

Cereals

Our core range includes six basic products which are wheat, rice or malt based and available in a range of sizes.

Meringues

Whether the effect you desire is melt in the mouth, or chewy toffee in consistency, we can provide the meringue for you. Available in alcoholic flavours, too!
